Haus of Autumn Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Haus of Autumn, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once your order is placed. Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Each order reserves pumpkins, materials, and installation capacity specifically for your home.

2. Installation Scheduling

Installation dates are subject to availability and may be adjusted due to weather, product availability, delivery conditions, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Customers will receive a text message within the week leading up to their installation with their expected installation window and any additional details.

If Haus of Autumn needs to reschedule an installation, we will contact you and arrange the next reasonable available date.

3. Access to Your Property

By purchasing an installation, you authorize Haus of Autumn and its team to enter the exterior areas of your property reasonably necessary to deliver, arrange, and install your display.

Please ensure that the porch, entryway, stairs, driveway, and other necessary installation areas are reasonably accessible on your scheduled installation date.

You do not need to be home unless otherwise communicated.

4. Pumpkin Selection & Design

Pumpkins are natural, seasonal products. Colors, shapes, sizes, textures, markings, stems, and varieties will naturally vary.

Photos shown on our website, advertisements, and social media are examples of our work and are not guarantees of an identical arrangement.

Our designers will use their discretion to create a display consistent with the package purchased while working with the unique characteristics of your home and the seasonal inventory available.

5. Pumpkin Care & Treatment

Before installation, our pumpkins are carefully cleaned and treated with a natural solution intended to help keep them clean, fresh, and reduce pests.

However, pumpkins are perishable agricultural products. Haus of Autumn cannot guarantee how long an individual pumpkin will last.

Weather, direct sunlight, heat, freezing temperatures, moisture, wildlife, insects, handling, and other environmental conditions may affect the appearance and lifespan of your display.

6. After Installation

Once your display has been installed and accepted at the property, Haus of Autumn is not responsible for deterioration, damage, movement, theft, vandalism, wildlife, insects, severe weather, or other conditions occurring after installation.

Minor imperfections and natural changes to pumpkins are normal and are not considered defects.

7. Customer Cancellations & Changes

Because inventory and installation capacity are reserved in advance, customer cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

Requests to change an installation date or other order details will be accommodated when reasonably possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

8. Weather

Autumn weather can be unpredictable. Haus of Autumn reserves the right to postpone or reschedule installations when weather or property conditions make installation unsafe or could significantly affect the quality of the display.

A weather-related rescheduling by Haus of Autumn does not constitute a cancellation and is not grounds for a refund.

9. Property Conditions

Haus of Autumn will take reasonable care while working at your property. Customers are responsible for notifying us before installation of any unusual conditions or hazards that may not be readily visible.

Haus of Autumn is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage resulting from unsafe, unstable, defective, or concealed property conditions.

10. Photography

Haus of Autumn may photograph completed displays for our portfolio, website, advertising, and social media. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying personally identifying information such as house numbers when practical.

If you prefer that your display not be photographed or used for marketing purposes, please notify us before your installation.

11. Product Availability

Specific pumpkin varieties, colors, and sizes depend on seasonal availability. Haus of Autumn may substitute comparable pumpkins or decorative elements when necessary while maintaining the overall style, size, and value of the package purchased.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Haus of Autumn's liability arising from an order or installation will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable order.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our All Sales Are Final policy.
